Evan J. Segal is a Humanitarian, Impact Investor, Philanthropist, Leadership Sherpa and Social Entrepreneur. He serves as the Managing Partner of Segal Ventures and Co-Founder of the 412 Venture Fund. He is a Board Member of Comic Relief and an advisor to numerous organizations. Evan was the President/CEO of Dormont Mfg Co, the inventor of flexible stainless steel gas appliance connectors. Evan also served as the CFO at the USDA, on The White House Innovation & Information Policy Task Force and Co-Chaired the Federal CFO Council. He is the author of From Local To Global: Smart Management Lessons To Grow Your Business and an upcoming book Mispriced: The Hidden Alpha in Backing Women. He also an Adjunct Professor and Co-Chair of the NYU Stern Leadership Fellows Program and YPO Member.
