As a Partner in the Registered Funds Practice, Neesa Patel Sood advises registered funds, their investment advisers and independent board members across a wide range of complex regulatory, compliance, fund governance, operational and transaction-related matters. She regularly provides advice regarding the structuring, launch and day-to-day operations of registered funds and private funds tailored for individual investors. Neesa has significant transactional experience, counseling clients on fund restructurings as well as fund and adviser merger and acquisition transactions.
