Rob Heyvaert is the Founder and Managing Partner of Motive Partners and a member of the firm’s Growth & Buyout Investment Committee. A serial entrepreneur and fintech pioneer, he has spent more than three decades building and investing in companies transforming financial services. Before founding Motive Partners in 2015, Rob founded Cimad Consultants, which was acquired by IBM, where he became Global General Manager of Securities and Capital Markets. He later founded Capco, a global financial services consultancy acquired by FIS, where he served as Executive Vice President of Global Financial Solutions. Today, Rob leads Motive Partners, a specialist private equity firm investing across wealth and asset management, capital markets, banking and payments, insurance, AI, and data & analytics. He serves on the boards of Accordion, FNZ, InvestCloud, Pollinate, and TIFIN, and is a frequent speaker at leading industry forums, including the World Economic Forum, the Milken Institute Global Conference, and SuperReturn.
