The company is an industrial transition holding entity which operates globally as investor in corporates to pursue a higher level of technological competence, hence increasing competitiveness. Filippo is also the founder of Infracorp® an investment firm specialized in the field of transportation infrastructure with focus on airports, ports, interports and LNG terminals.

Experienced CEO in energy transition, real estate development and infrastructure, Filippo started Genera Group in 2009 and further turned into one of Italian market leader in energy and process efficiency. Since 2017, several investments groups entered Genera and its projects to make into a market leader in energy and process efficiency. In 2024, he founded of Infracorp with the aim to revolutionize the sector of infrastructure with AI-blockchain-based platforms managing processes and energy efficiency of such facilities
