Since 2014, she has served as Co-Founder of Alkimia Capital, a distinguished Multi-Family Office headquartered in Andorra. In 2022, the firm expanded its footprint to the Principality of Monaco with the opening of a new office—an initiative aimed at fostering growth and leveraging strategic opportunities within the region.

Balancing her responsibilities across both jurisdictions, she plays a key role in steering the company’s mission, vision, and core values. She actively monitors internal dynamics and external market shifts, identifying opportunities for expansion, client development, and innovation within the financial landscape.

In addition to her executive duties, she sits on the compliance board in Andorra and serves as Director of Compliance for the Monaco office, ensuring regulatory integrity across both operations. She is credited with successfully setting and implementing strategic goals and initiatives that have propelled the company forward, effectively managing both personnel and operations.

Her experience has shaped a deep understanding of the complexities of wealth governance, philanthropy, and sustainable investing.

She is also deeply involved in philanthropic initiatives and previously served as President of UNICEF Andorra.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Translation and Interpretation, a master’s degree in international relations, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Terminology from the University of Mons-Hainaut in Belgium. Complementing her academic background, she has also earned recognized certifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Compliance, and Fraud Prevention from esteemed institutions, including the Government of Monaco, KPMG, and Crowe Global.
