With over 40 years of experience in real estate development, fund management, and M&A, Rainer Schorr is among the leading figures in the European real estate industry. He has delivered over 1,000 projects with a total value exceeding €7 billion, including 500 properties in Berlin.

As Co-Founder and principal shareholder of Standard Land S.A., he leads a consortium of top-tier entrepreneurs from Germany, Switzerland, and beyond. His achievements include:

• Founding and scaling multiple successful companies, including DLE Group AG, SIAG Schorr Immobilien AG, GxP German Properties AG, and Estavis Real Estate AG.
• Successfully leading four IPOs, positioning companies as market leaders.
• Acquiring and integrating numerous companies, including B&V Denkmalbauten, Germany’s largest developer of heritage properties.
