Urszula Swierczynska is the Impact and Philanthropy Director at PFC Family Office - a single family office established in 2016 by a branch of Marzotto family in Milan, Italy, with a mission to invest, provide philanthropic grants and advocate for more inclusive and sustainable world. In her role she oversees strategic planning and managing impact measurement and management initiatives across the Spectrum of Capital - from responsible, sustainable and impact investing, all the way to philanthropy, ensuring that capital allocation decisions of the Family Office are impactful and evidence based. Prior to joining PFC, Urszula was working as a philanthropy advisor, helping several philanthropic families across Europe navigate the why, what and how of strategic giving and curating their grant-making portfolios. With background in Philanthropic Studies at the Center for Philanthropy at the University of Kent, UK and more than 10 years of hands-on experience in the field of international development within the United Nations and various international organisations, she brings a wealth of experience on impact assessment and monitoring, as well as systems change approach to impact making.
