Ariel Mark

Head of Western US, Real Estate Investments at Tokyu Land US Corporation

Ariel Mark is a real estate investment professional with significant experience leading structured finance and capital deployment across the United States and Asia. He currently oversees investments in the Western U.S. for Tokyu Land US Corporation, the U.S. platform of Tokyu Land Corporation, one of Japan’s largest real estate companies and a constituent of the Nikkei 225. In this capacity, he is responsible for originating, underwriting, and structuring joint venture equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine investments in partnership with leading U.S. operating sponsors. He focuses on delivering disciplined, risk-adjusted returns while building long-term strategic capital relationships across multifamily, industrial, and alternative real estate sectors. Prior to joining Tokyu Land, Ariel held director-level roles within the international divisions of publicly traded European and Asian real estate companies, where he led project finance initiatives, FP&A functions, and cross-border investment platform expansion across Southeast Asia and the United States. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from the USC Marshall School of Business and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder.
