Holland Davis joined HarbourVest in 2018 and focuses on sourcing, analyzing, and executing a full range of infrastructure investments across primary fund commitments, direct co-investments, and secondary transactions. Holland also serves as the ESG and investment sourcing lead for the infrastructure team.

Prior to HarbourVest, Holland worked at Citigroup in investment banking, and Cambridge Associates on both the real assets research and co-investment teams conducting due diligence on infrastructure, energy, and private equity investment opportunities for clients.

Holland received a BA (magna cum laude) in Economics and Government from St. Lawrence University and an MBA from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
