Jennifer Pomerantz is Managing Partner at Ellipsis Holdings. She has two decades of leadership experience in energy/real assets across executive, asset management and governance roles. She serves as Chair of the Acquisition Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Board of NOG, a NYSE listed energy investment company. She serves on the Board and as Chair of the Governance Committee at Life Time Group Holdings Inc. (NYSE:LTH), a leading health and wellness brand with more than 180 athletic country clubs across the US and Canada. She serves on the Advisory Board of Plutus Capital Partners, a private credit fund. She serves on the advisory board of the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago (EPIC). Previously, she served as the CEO and Chair of American Natural, an energy services and convenience company. She was Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the Global Natural Resources strategy for JP Morgan-Highbridge and Citadel Asset Management. She earned an A.B. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
