Kyle Kafka

Kyle Kafka is a Partner at EnCap Investments, which has invested approximately $24 billion in more than 240 different upstream companies in the oil and gas industry since 1988. Kyle joined Encap in July 2006, and focuses on upstream, minerals, and energy transition investments. Since joining EnCap, he has been involved in over 50 portfolio companies representing over $13 billion in fund commitments and nearly 40 portfolio company successful monetizations with combined transaction value of more than $30 billion. Kyle currently serves on the board of directors of a number of companies including Double Eagle, EnCap Minerals, Enduring Resources, Novo Oil and Gas, Paloma Natural Gas, Pegasus Resources, Tumbleweed Royalty, and Verdun.
