Reynold Martin, CFA is the Founder and Managing Partner of Percival Oak Advisors LLC, a boutique private markets advisory platform providing senior-level strategic insight, market positioning, and ecosystem connectivity across infrastructure, power, energy transition, and related private equity strategies.
Through Percival Oak, Mr. Martin advises general partners, family offices, placement agents, and other private-capital stakeholders on long-term strategy, go-to-market positioning, governance, and investor engagement, drawing on more than two decades of experience as a senior institutional investor.
Prior to founding Percival Oak, Mr. Martin spent 24 years at Allstate Investments, where he served for more than a decade as Managing Principal and Head of Infrastructure & Energy. In that role, he built and led the firm’s $1.5+ billion Infrastructure & Energy program, overseeing strategy development, portfolio construction, underwriting, and team leadership across North America and Western Europe. Over his career, he invested in more than 50 funds, executed over 20 co-investments, and served on more than 20 LP Advisory Committees.
Mr. Martin holds an MBA in Finance from Florida A&M University, is a CFA Charterholder, and serves on the Investment Advisory Council of the Evanston Community Foundation.
