Steve Gudovic is a Managing Director in the Opportunities group of Oaktree Capital Management in Houston, with 20 years of investing and banking experience. He focuses on investing in the energy, infrastructure, power generation, and utilities sectors across North America. He joined Oaktree in 2014 after eight years at Highstar Capital where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring, and executing platform and bolt-on investments across midstream, power, transport, and utilities. Prior to that, he worked in the Global Utilities investment banking group at UBS where he advised on M&A and capital markets transactions. Mr. Gudovic holds a B.A. in History from Northwestern University.
