Brandon Denton co-founded Denton Floyd with Tommy Floyd during the 2008 housing crisis. From 2008 to 2016, he focused on identifying and rehabilitating distressed properties before shifting to ground-up construction in 2017—a strategy that has since become the firm’s core focus. Today, Denton Floyd has developed and managed more than 15,000 units, with another 3,400 units currently under construction and lease-up.
