Hunter Maats is the CEO and co-founder of Resilience Investments, a climate-resilient real estate platform focused on acquiring and retrofitting affordable homes in climate-stable regions like the Great Lakes. Prior to founding Resilience, Hunter helped drive innovation and business development at Ethic, the sustainable asset manager that grew to over $7B in AUM by integrating values-aligned investing into institutional portfolios.

He works closely with insurers, government agencies, foundations, and family offices to translate emerging physical, demographic, and policy risks into investable real asset strategies.
