Abdulatif Alseif is Co-founder & CEO of Sabeen Investment Company, a CMA registered asset manager. Prior to founding Sabeen, Abdulatif was the CEO of Ra’idah Investment Company, the investment arm of the Saudi Public Pension Agency. He has more than 20 years of experience in investments and finance and is a board member for several Saudi companies and an investment committee member of various asset owners in the Kingdom.

Previously, Abdulatif was deputy CEO and chief investment officer at King Abdullah International Foundation. He has also served as head of portfolio management at MASIC. Abdulatif started his career as an analyst at Saudi Aramco and progressed until he became head of portfolio management, managing sizable portfolios invested across asset classes.

He also worked at the inception of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology Endowment and served as a portfolio manager in public markets. Abdulatif is a CFA and CPA. He has an MBA and an MA in economics from Boston University.
