Andre (“Dre”) Bennin is Managing Partner at Rethink Education where he plays a central role in firm strategy and leads investments across venture and growth-stage companies addressing large-scale labor market and skills challenges.

Dre brings over a decade of venture capital, private equity, and corporate development experience. He previously served as Managing Partner of Juvo Ventures and as Managing Director of Corporate Development at Strada Education Network, where he led approximately $580 million in investments and acquisitions and served on the boards of multiple education and workforce platforms. His work has spanned minority and control investments, strategic M&A, and fund commitments.

In addition to private markets experience, Dre brings a strong public-sector perspective. He served as Senior Operations Director for the Office of the Governor of Indiana, overseeing statewide workforce training and economic development agencies and helping launch the $250 million Next Level Fund—providing a rare intersection of policy, capital formation, and workforce outcomes.

Born in Côte d’Ivoire to Ghanaian parents, Dre brings a global lens to investing and leadership and is a native French and Twi speaker, with a deep interest in scalable workforce solutions for emerging and growth markets.
