Andreea Danila is a Partner at GMC Fund Management Ltd., a venture capital and private equity firm managing USD 100 million and investing in technology companies across North America with enterprise values ranging from USD 2 billion to USD 20 billion.

Over the past decade, she has advised on private capital transactions, M&A, investment evaluation, due diligence, and value creation across the technology, financial services, and consumer sectors. Her experience includes transactions involving Careem, Property Finder, and Zand Bank—companies subsequently backed by investors such as Standard Chartered Private Equity, Khazanah Nasional, Mubadala Capital, and Franklin Templeton—with other investments achieving exits to strategic acquirers including Uber and Cognita International.

Previously, Andreea worked in transaction advisory and corporate finance at EY. She holds an MBA with Distinction and completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
