Andreea Danila is a Partner at GMC Fund Management Ltd., an emerging venture capital and private equity investment firm managing USD 100 million in capital and investing in technology companies with enterprise values between USD 2 billion and USD 20 billion.

Over the past decade, Andreea has advised on mergers and acquisitions, private capital transactions, and strategic investments across the technology, financial services, and consumer sectors. She has worked closely with sovereign wealth funds, private equity firms, family offices, and institutional investors on investment evaluation, commercial and financial due diligence, transaction structuring, capital formation, and value creation initiatives.

Her transaction experience includes advising on investments and strategic transactions involving companies such as Careem, Property Finder, and Zand Bank, alongside transactions involving leading institutional investors including Franklin Templeton, Mubadala Capital, Standard Chartered Private Equity, and Khazanah Nasional. She has also contributed to strategic transactions and exits involving companies acquired by Uber and Cognita International.

Prior to joining GMC Fund Management, Andreea advised on corporate finance, transaction advisory, and strategic transformation projects at EY, with a particular focus on cross-border transactions and private capital.

Andreea holds an MBA with Distinction and is a Fellow in Leadership at Harvard Business School.
