Diana is a Managing Director leading Prosek’s Middle East and North Africa operations, serving local and international clients while driving business development, hiring, and growth strategy in the region. She advises Sovereign Wealth Funds, Private Equity, and Private Credit firms on reputation management to support deal sourcing, fundraising, and transactions, including exits, IPOs, and M&A. A MEIRA-certified Investor Relations Officer, Diana has over a decade of experience in Europe, the US, and the Middle East. Formerly COO at Instinctif Partners, she led award-winning PR and IR programs and established their Saudi office. Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in French, Italian, and Arabic, she holds a B.Sc. in Government and Economics from London School of Economics.
