Eyad is responsible for the firm’s Transaction and Investor Services practice in the Middle East working alongside sovereign and institutional clients. Within his capacity he has worked with Sovereign clients in the region and their portfolio companies on the entire investment lifecycle from investment strategy, to capital deployment, to funding strategies and value creation. He has also advised clients across different asset classes from early stage to IPOs across the entire capital structure from Debt and Equity.

Prior to Roland Berger he spent two decades within private equity, investment banking and capital markets with regional and global bulge bracket banks and was directly involved in several successful public listings in the region.

Eyad has an MBA from INSEAD and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Bentley University.
