Ms. Huyette has two decades experience in finance starting off her career in 2002 at UBP Geneva in the UHNW Private Banking group, followed by Micro Finance and Portfolio Management at the EBRD in London. Honor joined HSBC Private Bank in Geneva in 2006 where she spent five years with the Hedge Fund Advisory and Research team, advising private clients on their tailored hedge fund portfolios. Ms. Huyette joined a Geneva-based family office in 2012 where she focused on their internal hedge fund initiatives. Honor was involved in fund structuring, compliance and capital raising for two quantitative fund launches working with the family for six years. 2019 presented an opportunity to switch focus to Private Equity and Impact investing with Lyrique Private Equity in Geneva. Honor advised Family Offices, Pension Funds and Institutions on their investments into PE funds across strategies, she also co-led the impact initiative with a focus on environmental sustainability. Currently, Honor is Partner and Head of Private Markets at Impactus Partners, a private investment office and placement agent working with managers across the liquidity spectrum with a core focus on the energy transition. Honor holds an Executive MBA from Oxford’s Said Business School, as well as a Masters’ in Public Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan and a BA from American University in Washington, D.C.
