Matteo Beneduce is Chief Investment Officer at M.Y. Naghi Group, one of Saudi Arabia's leading family-owned diversified groups, where he oversees capital allocation, M&A and value creation across a US$5 billion revenue portfolio spanning Automotive, FMCG, Transportation and Logistics. With two decades of international experience, he has executed more than 20 transactions representing over US$80 billion in aggregate enterprise value.

Based in the Kingdom since 2019, he previously led Investments and Strategy at Red Sea Gateway, the country's largest port operator, where he structured its landmark equity sale to PIF and China's COSCO, attracting strategic foreign direct investment.

Before that, he spent 13 years at General Electric in senior corporate development roles covering oil and gas, mining, power and renewables, media, healthcare and financial services across ten countries.

He holds an Executive MBA from London Business School.
