Muneera brings over 20 years of experience in the banking and investment industry, with deep expertise in asset management, sales, business development, and strategic leadership. Throughout her career, she has managed more than USD 10 billion in assets across mutual funds and discretionary portfolios, serving both local and international sovereign wealth funds. Her investment experience spans public capital markets and alternative investments.

She joined Franklin Templeton in October 2023, following a series of senior leadership roles in capital market institutions. These include Head of Asset Management at anb capital, Chief Investment Officer and Head of Asset Management at HSBC Saudi Arabia, CEO of Mulkia Investment, and Head of Equities at Saudi Fransi Capital.

Independent board and investment committee member of Saudi Industrial Services Company (SISCO), board member of Wejj Development Company, the investment arm of Taif Governate and member of Bloomberg (Leaders of the Future).

She also chaired the Capital Market Institutions Committee (2020–2022) and is Vice-Chairman of the Financial Sector & Insurance Committee at the Federation of Saudi Chambers.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a banking diploma, and is a Certified Financial Technician
