Noura is the Senior Director of Alternative Investments at Awqaf Investment Company, a leading sovereign endowment fund based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. She leads the firm’s private equity and real assets program, overseeing strategies across venture capital, growth equity, buyouts, real estate, and infrastructure.

With extensive institutional investment experience spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, Noura has built a strong track record in sourcing, structuring, and executing cross-border transactions. She also serves on multiple fund boards and investment committees, including SNB Capital Ehsan Waqf Fund and the Islamic Development Bank Endowment Fund.

Noura holds an MBA in Finance from Prince Sultan University. She is passionate about mentoring young professionals, literature, and fostering innovation in the investment landscape.
