Rasha Alsager is Head of Venture Capital at Jada Fund of Funds, where she oversees Jada’s venture capital and venture debt portfolios across stages and sectors. She supports the development of Saudi Arabia’s venture capital and private equity ecosystem, aligned with Jada’s strategic objectives and broader economic priorities.

Rasha brings over 13 years of experience across capital markets, regulation, market development and investment strategy. Prior to joining Jada, Alsager led the Public Investment Products Issuance Unit at the Capital Market Authority, where she drove the introduction of new investment products to the market, oversaw the authorization of products across multiple asset classes and advanced key market-development initiatives including REITs and financing funds.

She serves as a board member on multiple investment funds. Rasha holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from King Saud University.
