Rawan AlJermawi is the Head of Private Equity at Jada Fund of Funds, where she leads investment initiatives in private equity, driving the firm’s mission to support the Kingdom’s private capital ecosystem.
Rawan has played a pivotal role in shaping Jada’s investment strategy and operations. Her leadership has been instrumental in building Jada’s private equity portfolio and fostering long-term partnerships with fund managers.
Prior to joining Jada, Rawan served as Assistant Secretary General for Investment (CIO) at the Higher Education Fund, where she managed the endowment’s investments and developed strategies to maximize returns for the fund. She also held the role of Director of Financial Investments, overseeing the diversification of the fund’s portfolio.
Rawan started her career at Derayah Financial where she covered Saudi and GCC equities and played a key role in launching Derayah’s first public equity fund.
Rawan holds a master’s in finance from London Business School and a bachelor's in finance from King Saud University. She also completed several executive education programs from notable institutions including London Business School, MIT and INSEAD. Rawan is a CFA charter holder and has served as a Board Member of CFA Society Saudi Arabia, further contributing to the growth of the investment community in the region.
