Roxane is an experienced investor in public and private markets as well as a venture builder. She is the founding partner of Alma Angels, Europe’s largest gender-diverse community of investors actively backing women entrepreneurs. Trader by background, she is also recognised as ETF market making specialist and advises ETF asset managers on their expansion plans. Roxane was previously head of Strategy at the quant fund GHCO, after leading fixed income ETF trading. She also held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and the fintech HUBX. Fierce advocate for diversity & inclusion, Roxane is the global co-head of Membership for Women in ETFs, a network of 12,000 professionals.
