Dr. Frank Hu is the Founder, CEO, and Lead Architect of H OS AI INC., dedicated to converting exponential AI capability into measurable EBITDA and macroeconomic global GDP growth. He holds a Ph.D. in Biostatistics from UCLA and three Master's degrees in technical disciplines, including mathematics. In 1989, he resolved a published worldwide mathematical conjecture under specific conditions and published in Chinese Science Bulletin, and in 1998, pioneered Bayesian clinical trial regulatory methodologies recognized by the U.S. FDA.

Dr. Hu is the central protagonist of Harvard Business School Case Study 317-104, having built and scaled a premier healthcare network to 42 hospitals (10,000+ beds; largest private hospital group in China by beds) and led IPO preparations alongside Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Morgan Stanley. He is the sole inventor behind over 150 filed U.S. patent applications governing automated goal-execution architectures; USPTO Notice of Allowance received, September 2026
