Max Swicegood is Co-Founder and Co-Managing Partner of Altair Capital Partners, where he focuses on secondary transactions in late-stage technology companies, providing liquidity to founders, early shareholders, and investors. He has more than 15 years of experience investing in private companies across growth equity, venture capital, and private credit.

Before co-founding Altair, Max was a Partner at Savano Capital Partners, a direct secondary fund. Previously, he was a Director at Wells Fargo Strategic Capital, the bank's principal venture and growth investing platform, where he invested across Series A through E rounds and held several board seats. He built his early career in private credit at Vista Credit Partners and Ares Management.

Max is a Kauffman Fellow and a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle. He graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a degree in finance and lives in the Washington, DC area.
