Dr. Isabella Fandrych is Co-Founder at Nucleus Capital, where she focuses on early-stage deep-tech investments. Her work centers on industrial resilience, infrastructure, and decarbonization.

Isabella brings a combination of venture investing and operational strategy experience. Prior to founding Nucleus Capital, she worked at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across topics including growth strategy, digital transformation, and innovation.

She holds a PhD in Management and has an academic and professional background spanning industrial engineering and finance, combining deep analytical rigor with a strong understanding of complex industrial systems.
