Thomas is an an Engineer and Physicist and holds an MBA. He started his career in 2003 as a scientist in the field of high-energy physics between France and the United-States (French Atomic Agency, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, General Atomics) before starting a Neurotech company in San Diego, California. In 2017, he joined the French Space Agency as the External Innovation Director having developed specific programs and initiatives to drive the French and European NewSpace ecosystem. In 2025, he started collaborating with the French VC firm Karista as a General Partner of a new serie A/B pan-european tech-fund focusing on Space, Defense and Security. Thomas is also Colonel - operational reservist in the French Army.
