Henry is an AVP in Preqin’s Research Insights team, which covers the private investments industry globally and in the Asia-Pacific region. He has over 10 years of experience in investment analysis, with a focus on real estate on both asset and fund levels. Prior to joining Preqin, Henry was a senior member of the property market research team at Colliers. He is also experienced in real estate performance measurement via his time at MSCI and ANREV. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc), Risk Management & Business Intelligence from HKUST Business School. He is also a CFA and CAIA charterholder.
