Andrew is a serial entrepreneur turned Managing Partner at 7percent Ventures, which has backed >150 deeptech and transformative startups over the last ten years including Oculus VR, Flexport, Castellion and Universal Quantum. He is a long-time advocate for increased investment in advanced technologies to improve Western Democratic resilience. He is also Co-Founder of DragonChasers.org the GP/LP members community.

As a startup Founder Andrew built the world’s first online digital news archive (BritishPathe.com), world’s first location based mobile social network (playtxt) and an early personalisation AI startup (Rummble).

Outside of tech Andrew is a lover of flying and film; each July he can be found at the Royal International Air Tattoo, geeking out at fastjets.
