Greg Pepus is a seasoned investor, entrepreneur, and strategist specializing in national security and deep technology. He is currently an Operating Partner at BOKA Group, a national security–focused global private equity firm. Before joining BOKA, Greg served as a Venture Partner at AWS Venture Capital and Startups in the Public Sector, where he helped accelerate innovation at the intersection of advanced technology and government missions. Earlier in his career, he was part of the investment team at In-Q-Tel, the CIA’s venture capital organization, where he supported and invested in technologies critical to national security. Greg has founded five companies and contributed to two additional startups, achieving multiple successful exits, and his past investments include Palantir, BBN, Google Earth, Inxight, Endeca, and many other high-impact ventures. He now focuses on quantum technologies, space, energy, advanced materials, semiconductors, and high-performance computing, combining deep technical knowledge with strategic investment expertise to advance capabilities that strengthen US and Allied defense and national security.
