Heather Hartnett is a General Partner and CEO of Human Ventures, where she has created one of New York’s premier venture studios and early-stage venture funds. Since launching under Heather’s leadership, Human Ventures has invested in and co-built more than 60 companies, with key investments including Current, Komos Tequila, Headspace, Tiny Organics, Tia Health and Evvy.

Heather is active in the venture community, serving on the leadership board of tech: nyc, Transact Global, and Trilantic Capital Partners Founder’s Council. She is a member of the Kauffman Fellowship and has been listed in Entrepreneur’s 100 Women of Influence and The 50 Most Influential Women in America by Hearst publications. Heather is a frequent speaker at TechCrunch Disrupt, Fortune Brainstorm Tech, and is a regular contributor to Fast Company and Forbes, where she covers a range of venture capital topics.
