Ken Gonzalez is a Managing Director at NightDragon, a venture capital firm investing at the nexus of cybersecurity, defense, physical security, and public safety. With over two decades of experience as a senior operating executive, Ken has led strategy and corporate development at top-tier technology companies including Siebel Systems (Oracle), McAfee, Avast, and FireEye. He has executed more than 40 acquisitions—23 in cybersecurity alone—and built mission-critical go-to-market partnerships spanning technology integration, OEM, and global distribution. A graduate of Harvard Business School and the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Ken served as an infantry officer in the U.S. Army with the 82nd Airborne Division and the 75th Ranger Regiment. He brings a national security mindset to innovation, actively serving on the Board of Directors for HawkEye 360 and Capella Space—two leading companies advancing U.S. capabilities in space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance.
