Over the past 22 years, Raoul has built a market leading position for Kreos in Israel, as well as participating in a wide range of transactions across Europe. Raoul also plays a key role in the management and execution of Kreos's overall strategy. Prior to Kreos, Raoul was an associate with Apax Partners in Israel where he invested in services and high-growth technology businesses and corporate spin-offs. He also assisted the general partners in fund-related activities such as divestment of their funds' successes traded on NASDAQ, and portfolio analysis, reporting and due diligence for the purpose of raising new funds. Prior to joining Apax Partners, Raoul was an associate with Friedman, Turbidy & Co, a New York-based financial advisory firm. Raoul assisted the managing partner in several refinancing and acquisition transactions. Raoul studied law at Bar-Ilan University. He clerked at the firm of M. Porath & Co in Tel-Aviv and passed the Bar exams in Israel in 1993. After that he graduated in 1995 from Columbia Business School with an MBA.
