Tim is a seasoned investment professional with over a decade of experience on both the buy and sell side. Initiated into the industry during the Global Financial Crisis, this pivotal period shaped his distinctive approach, emphasizing discipline, risk management, and capital preservation. Tim started his career as a fundamental research analyst for Prudential Fixed Income, before he transitioned to more quantitative roles, first at D&W Trading Company, and then with a Los Angeles-based single-family office, where he built the investment research process, managing a diverse portfolio that included Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Hedge Fund investments. These experiences serve as the foundation for XO Capital’s investment platform today.

Tim earned a bachelor of science degree in Finance from Villanova University and a master’s degree in Computer Science with honors from Loyola Marymount University, magna cum laude.
