Prior to joining KV, Arash was a managing director at Strategic Value Partners and a senior vice president at Magnitude Capital, focusing in both roles on investor relations and business development. He began his career as an attorney in mergers and acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Arash received his AB with honors from the University of Chicago and his JD from the University of Chicago Law School.
