Jingjing Bai has served as Senior Advisor to bfinance since 2019, based between Asia and Silicon Valley. She has led private markets fund selection mandates exceeding USD 6 billion and has been instrumental in structuring and overseeing global alternative investment programs across Private Equity, Private Debt, and Real Assets for leading corporates and family offices.

Prior to bfinance, she served as Head of HSBC Private Capital Advisory in Asia Pacific and as a Managing Director at Eaton Partners, where she led the firm’s regional private markets business since 2007. An early venture capital investor in China in the early 2000s, Jingjing was backed by MediBIC, a listed Japanese biotechnology company. She began her career at Dell Computer Japan as Product Marketing Manager, overseeing the mainstream product portfolio.

She holds an M.A. from the International University of Japan and a B.A. from Nanjing University. Fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, she is a scholar of the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation (Panasonic).
