Jingjing Bai is a Senior Advisor to bfinance since 2019, based in Hong Kong, and is responsible for multiple private markets fund selection projects in excess of 4 billion USD. In the recent years, Jingjing led several global alternative investment program covering Private Equity, Private Debt and Real Assets mandated by large corporates and family offices. Previously, she was the Head of HSBC Private Capital Advisory in Asia Pacific, and a Managing Director of Eaton Partners, oversaw the firm’s activities in the region, with a focus on Private Markets since 2007. She was one of the pioneer Venture Capital investors in China since the early 2000s, backed by MediBIC, a listed Japanese Biotech company. She started her career with Dell Computer Japan, as the Product Marketing Manager responsible for Dell’s mainstream product program. She holds MA from International University of Japan and BA from Nanjing University. She is fluent in Chinese, Japanese and English, and awarded full scholarship by the Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation since 1999.
