Justin is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GoodLynx, an energy technology company connecting renewable energy developers with tax credit finance opportunities and other project development services. GoodLynx is working to accelerate the energy transition by reforming the renewable energy project development process, starting with energy tax credit monetization. Prior to this role, Justin spent nine years leading policy efforts for the U.S. venture capital industry in areas including tax, energy, capital markets and regulatory, workforce development and national security. Justin spent the first twelve years of his career as a staffer for several congressional offices.
