Sandeep Bhadra is General Partner at VVUS and is excited to work with practitioners building companies in cloud infrastructure software, developer tools, data-driven SaaS and B2B fintech/insuretech. He’s an early investor and board member in Hasura, Orkes, Tulip, Lightbeam, and Northflank; and a board observer/investor in Docker, Gitpod, KSOC, LeaseLock, and UnitySCM.

Prior to beginning his venture career in 2015 at Menlo Ventures (investments include Platform9, Signifyd, Unravel Data and Clarifai), Sandeep managed ~$425m in cloud/infrastructure software M&A at Cisco’s corporate development team. Earlier, as an engineer at Texas Instruments, he designed LTE/LTE-A cellular systems and a software-defined networking chip which spun-out into a venture-backed startup Barefoot Networks (acq by to Intel).

Sandeep obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Bachelor of Technology from IIT Madras
