Stuart Nagae

Stuart Nagae is a Partner and Co-Head of Venture Capital at Cercano Management LLC and serves as a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to Cercano, Stuart was an investor at Vulcan Capital from 2002-2021. At Vulcan, Stuart invested across a range of asset classes including private equity, growth equity, wireless spectrum and venture capital. He co-led the venture capital effort from 2017-2021.

Prior to his time at Vulcan, Stuart worked as an investment banker at Hambrecht & Quist and JP Morgan.

Stuart received a Bachelor of Arts degree in international relations from Stanford University in 1999. He is involved in numerous Seattle-area non-profit organizations including KEXP where he served on the board for 15 years.
