Uwe Horstmann is General Partner and co-founder of Project A Ventures, one of Europe's leading early-stage tech investors. Before founding Project A, Uwe was managing director at Rocket Internet. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management and a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Stuttgart. Uwe Horstmann is a member of the executive board of the German Startup Association, a member of the Digital Council of the German Ministry of Defence and a reserve officer in the German armed forces.
