Moosa has 16 years of experience in the ICT industry specializing in Technology Procurement and working for mobile operators across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Moosa has held senior Procurement positions at Vodacom South Africa and Tanzania, Veon Group and now with Ooredoo Qatar. As the Head of Procurement at Vodacom Tanzania, Moosa led a complete transformation and re-alignment of Procurement. At Veon, Moosa led the Group SCM digital transformation as part of the Veon Group ERP/ESS Transformation Program. At Ooredoo Qatar, in addition to leading Technology Procurement, Moosa is involved in the design and implementation of the digital transformation of Procurement systems and processes.
