The Talent Development conference was the first HR conference I have attended in Saudi. It was quite a learning experience as it focused on the latest trends and solutions for effectively launching programs. It emphasised how talent development acts as a business value tool. The seminars by renowned talent development professionals were given. Companies that provide trainings and international certifications had their exhibits, which were well represented. Enough time was given for networking. This particularly helped in understanding the challenges faced and how these companies are resolving them.
