Dinesh Antil is First Secretary at the Income Tax Overseas Unit in the Embassy of India, Berlin. An officer of the Indian Revenue Service since 2009, he has assessed large Indian and multinational groups, investigated cross-border tax fraud, and worked as a transfer pricing auditor. He served as Additional Commissioner on India's Advance Pricing Agreement team and as Under Secretary in the Foreign Tax Division, where he was part of India's tax treaty negotiation and Mutual Agreement Procedure teams and represented India at OECD Working Party No. 1 on Tax Conventions and Related Questions. He practised as a medical doctor before joining the civil service.
