Giles is an Australian qualified lawyer and tax specialist with extensive experience from ‘Big 4’ firms and most recently Norton Rose Fulbright LLP where he advised W&I insurers on the tax elements of numerous W&I insurance policies on various domestic and cross-border deals. Giles has sourced terms and negotiated policies on behalf of clients based all over the world. He has worked with insurers across the market and helped lead the creation of new exciting tax insurance solutions.
