Hendrik Juerging is a corporate tax professional with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Tax Audit & Controversy at Bayer AG, he oversees the group’s tax audits and the related controversy matters, ensuring effective risk reporting and management. Before, he held various domestic and international roles within Bayer, including a position in Shanghai as Vice President and Head of the China Tax Department and Tax Region APAC, where he managed the China tax function and optimized the company’s tax position across the Asia-Pacific region. Hendrik is qualified as lawyer, certified tax advisor, and received an education with the German tax authorities.
