Acting Co-Head, Tax Certainty Unit at OECD

Sriram Govind is an Acting Co-Head in the Tax Certainty Unit at the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, focusing on mutual agreement procedures (MAPs), advance pricing arrangements (APAs) and BEPS Action 14. Prior to joining the OECD, Sriram worked as a tax lawyer in India and subsequently, as a research and teaching associate at the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where his focus was on tax treaty dispute prevention and resolution with several publications, speaking and teaching engagements on the topic.
